I first became interested in art when I was seven years old and living in Poland.
I began drawing. I began drawing from my imagination. When I saw I was actually
good at it, I started to draw characters from animations, These were characters
like Naturo, the main character in the animation called Naturo. I also drew
characters from Dragonball.At first I was doing all my drawings at home but, later, when I was about ten,
I began to do art in my school. I was drawing villages as well as the usual
characters, this time figures from history. I was keeping all these drawings
in my house.When I came to Ireland at the age of fifteen I would have liked to have done
art in Moyle Park but the subject choices meant that I had to do business
studies and woodwork. So, at that time, I stopped drawing for about a year and
concentrated on learning more English. At first, I found life in school and in Ireland
difficult because I did not understand the English language. But with the help
of my teachers, especially Mr Nolan, Mr Hogan and Ms Sreenan, my English
began to improve.After this break from art, I started to draw again. This time I went a bit further
than the last time and I drew pictures from Manga and, also, real portraits of my
friends. After I leave Moyle Park I hope to study law. However, I will always be
interested in art and I hope to continue with my hobby for a good while to come.
